AND THEN CLICK HERE TO GET THE

WARRIORS CODE OF CONDUCT FORM.

ONCE YOU HAVE READ THEM AND SIGNED THEM, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THEM WITH YOU TO THE NEXT PRACTICE AND GIVE THEM TO COACH ROSS. THEY WILL BE A PART OF YOUR WARRIOR FILE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU SOON, AND REMEMBER, IT'S GREAT TO BE A WARRIOR.
